The Translations workspace shows only the consultations assigned to you, with each patient's language on the card.

The side-by-side

Open a patient. On the left: the sold plan with prices and the deal's per-visit planned/paid — your negotiation anchors. On the right: the doctor's consultation plan, always unpriced. Green rows are treatments the doctor added, amber rows changed quantity, struck-through rows were dropped. Those highlights are your upsell conversation, ready-made.

You close verbally

You record nothing in the system — by design. When the patient agrees, tell reception; they record the payment against the visit.

How you get credited

When the payment reception records is above the visit's planned value, the difference is automatically credited to the translator on the visit's appointment — you, unless reception changes it. Managers see the totals per translator on the upsell leaderboard.

Getting assigned

Reception assigns translators when booking. If your profile lists the languages you speak (Settings → Team → your profile), the booking dialog pre-selects you for patients who speak them.
