The Trips board exists for one promise: no patient lands without a hotel, a ticket and a pickup.
Reading the board
Three buckets — today, next 7 days, later — of every open deal with an upcoming stay. Every coordinator sees every trip. Each card shows the arrival date and four chips: hotel, ticket, transfers, passport. Green is done; amber is your to-do list. A red passport chip means it expires within six months of travel — chase the renewal early.
The drawer
Tap a card to edit everything in place: pick a hotel from your catalogue or type one, set check-in/out (nights compute themselves), record the clinic's costs, tick the three transfer legs, upload the ticket and the passport. Uploads are read automatically and the fields prefill for you to confirm. If you change stay dates while appointments are already booked, the ones now outside the window are listed for you and reception is told to rebook — nothing moves by itself.
The reminders
Every morning: a bell for each check-in within 5 days, and one digest of trips arriving within a week that still lack a hotel or ticket. Both arrive in your language, and each check-in reminds exactly once.
What you never see
Deal values and patient prices are not part of this workspace. If your clinic allows it, patient phone numbers can be shown — that's a clinic setting, off by default.
