Goal: keep planned vs actual money honest per visit.

Steps:

  1. In Deals, drag the card to Visit 1 Done (or Visit 2 Done) when the visit happens.
  2. The capture window asks for the actual amount paid — enter it in the payment currency.
  3. For 2-visit deals there's also Visit 2 Ticket Received for the return-trip ticket upload.
  4. When everything is paid, drag to Closed Won.
