Many patients decide faster with a choice: implants or crowns, a premium brand or a budget one. A case can carry up to three plans, and each plan gets its own patient link.
Add a plan
Once the diagnosis is done, click Add Plan next to the plan tabs — in the Price or Review & share step. Then choose:
Different treatments — a clinically different option, e.g. crowns instead of implants. The new plan's own tooth chart opens, starting from a copy of the current treatments. Change what's different and save; the pricing wizard opens next so you can price it. The case's diagnosis and your other plans stay exactly as they were.
Same treatments, new pricing — keep the chart and offer other brands, visits or discounts. The pricing wizard opens straight away for the new plan.
Give the plan a name, or leave it blank to use the suggestion (Standard, Enhanced, Premium), and click Add plan. You can rename a plan any time from its tab.
Good to know
- Different treatments is offered to people who can diagnose. Others add Same treatments, new pricing plans.
- To change the teeth of an existing plan later, open its tab and click the tooth icon (Edit this plan's chart). Its prices are reset, so the pricing wizard opens to price it again.
- The clinic's clinical rules check every plan's chart, and a plan the patient has accepted can't be changed.
