Some patients should see the treatment before the price. Hide prices sends the plan without any amounts. When you're ready, Send with prices updates the same link. Works in both the CRM and the Treatment Planner.
Send without prices
- Open the case and share the plan as usual: from the Review & share step, or from the send window on the case overview.
- Switch on Hide prices.
- Send the plan (or click Send to Zoho in the Treatment Planner).
The case shows Prices are hidden from the patient, and the plan's history marks this version Sent without prices.
What the patient sees
The treatment, the visits, the hotel and transfers, with no prices, totals, discounts or deposit, both on the page and in the PDF. Where the prices would be, the page says "Your coordinator will share the prices with you shortly." The patient can still ask for changes or decline, but can't accept the plan until the prices are sent.
Send with prices
Click Send with prices on the Prices are hidden from the patient banner. The patient keeps the same link, now with all the prices, and can accept. The history marks this version Sent with prices.
A plan the patient has already accepted can't be hidden again.
Treatment Planner: Zoho notes
- Sent without prices: the PDF in Zoho has no prices, the note has no amount, and no total or currency is written to Zoho.
- Send with prices writes the usual note, PDF and fields.
If team leader approval is on, a plan that waits for approval can't be sent either way until it's approved.
