International patients are price-sensitive and trust-sensitive. A single big number โ "โฌ7,000 for All-on-4" โ triggers the wrong instinct: what am I actually paying for? The clinics that convert best do the opposite: they make the price feel transparent and inevitable.
Itemise, don't lump
Break the plan into what the patient is buying: implants and their brand tier, the bridge, extractions, temporaries, the number of visits. When a patient can see why the number is the number, the number stops being scary.
Show the brand tier explicitly
"Implant" means nothing to a patient; Straumann vs MegaGen vs Osstem means a price and a reputation. Offer tiers and let them choose. A patient who picks the mid-tier themselves has already decided to treat โ you've turned a price objection into a selection.
Quote in their currency, with the travel built in
Full-arch and Hollywood Smile patients are comparing you to a clinic two countries over. Show the price in their currency, and put the hotel, transfers and number of trips on the same page. You're not just cheaper โ you're organised.
Add a reason to decide now
A plan with a gentle offer countdown converts better than an open-ended quote. Not pressure โ a deadline. "This plan and price are held for 7 days" turns a someday into a this-week.
The mechanics matter less than the principle: a patient says yes to a plan they understand, from a clinic that looks like it has done this a thousand times.
Keep going: the presentation side of the same problem is covered in stop sending PDFs, the numbers side in how to increase case acceptance โ and both come together in treatment plan software patients accept online.
