The pricing wizard
On a diagnosed case, click Start Pricing Wizard:
- Currency & language — what the patient will see. Defaults come from your clinic settings.
- Items & brands — for each diagnosed treatment, pick the brand tier (e.g. Straumann vs. Osstem) and the price fills from your catalog (Settings → Treatments / Bundles). Override any price inline.
- Logistics — for traveling patients: hotel (from Settings → Hotels & Services), nights, transfers, mark anything as free.
- Discount & urgency — optional percentage discount and a validity countdown (e.g. "price valid 7 days").
Multiple plan options
Offer up to 3 plans per case (e.g. Standard / Premium). Use Add Plan on the case page — each plan gets its own pricing, its own link, and its own accept/decline status. Patients say yes more often when they're choosing which option, not whether.
Editing after creation
Re-open the wizard from the plan's tab anytime before sending. After sending, edits create a new version — the patient's existing link keeps showing exactly what they were sent until you re-send.
Inside the wizard, step by step
- Plans — choose 1–3 plan options (Standard / Premium / Budget) and name them; each becomes its own patient page.
- Currency & language — what the patient will see.
- Treatments — pick a brand per treatment (prices come straight from Settings → Treatments → Pricing) — one click fills the numbers in the plan's currency.
- Visit logistics — hotel nights (room type × nights) and transfers per visit, priced or free.
- Review — discount % and an optional offer countdown; the patient page shows the live timer.
If a treatment shows no brands in step 3, it has no pricing rows yet — add them in Settings → Treatments → Pricing first.
