The leads pipeline

Where leads come from

Leads arrive automatically from connected channels — Meta Lead Ads, TikTok Lead Generation, your website's lead forms, and GoHighLevel — each tagged with its source and campaign for attribution. You can also add leads manually (Add Lead button) or import a CSV from Zoho, Bitrix24, Pipedrive, or HubSpot (auto-detected column mapping).

Statuses and the kanban

Each lead has a status (New Lead, Contacted, Interested, …) that you can customize in Settings → Pipeline Statuses. Switch between table and kanban views; drag cards between columns to update status.

Filters and saved views

Filter by status, source, treatment interest, temperature (hot/warm/cold), country, assignee, and any custom field. Save filter combinations as named views — they're personal or shareable with the team.

Bulk actions

Select multiple leads to bulk-change status, assignee, tags, or custom fields. Use Duplicates (header button) to find and merge leads that came in twice from different channels.

Never lose a lead

  • Tasks: every lead can carry follow-up tasks with due dates; overdue ones surface on the dashboard.
  • Cadences: automated multi-step follow-up sequences (email/WhatsApp templates) that enroll leads and stop automatically when they reply.
