The onboarding wizard
After signup there are just 2 quick steps:
- Welcome — pick your interface language (English, Türkçe, Español or العربية — the wizard switches live), confirm your clinic name and country. Country matters: it sets sensible defaults like the tooth-numbering system (FDI for Turkey/Europe, Universal for Mexico/LatAm).
- Launch — choose whether to start with sample data (recommended), and you're in.
Everything else — your logo and brand color, treatments and prices, team invites — lives in Settings, where each page has its own 30-second mini-tour. The Getting Started card on your dashboard tracks those steps so nothing is forgotten.
Your progress is saved automatically — if you close the tab, you'll resume where you left off.
Sample data and the tour
On the last step, leave "Start with sample data" checked. We'll load example leads, deals, and cases so every screen has something realistic to explore, and the interactive feature tour will walk you through each area in your language.
When you're done exploring, click Remove sample data on the Getting Started card — your real records are never touched.
Change language anytime
Profile → Interface Language switches the CRM between English, Türkçe, Español, and العربية, instantly, on every device you log in from.
