Billing, plans, and seats

Trial → paid

The 14-day trial includes (almost) everything with a 10-user cap. Upgrade from Billing — pick Standard or Professional, monthly or yearly (yearly saves ~17%). Checkout runs through Stripe; we never see your card.

Seats

Pricing is per user per month. Adding a seat mid-cycle charges the prorated difference immediately; removing seats applies at the next renewal. Active users can never exceed paid seats.

Managing your subscription

Billing → Manage Subscription opens the Stripe portal: change plan, update card, download invoices, cancel. Cancellation takes effect at period end — you keep access until then, and your data remains exportable for 90 days after (see our Refund & Cancellation Policy).

Failed payments

Stripe retries automatically. After a 7-day grace period, access is soft-locked to the Billing page until payment succeeds — your data is never deleted for a failed payment.
