Save Draft vs Complete Diagnosis

Goal: know when to keep working vs hand off to pricing.

Steps:

• Save Draft keeps the case in the Pool with your work saved — use it any time you'll come back.
• Complete Diagnosis locks the clinical plan and moves the case to Diagnosed — sales can now run the pricing wizard.

After completion the chart shows a read-only plan summary. Need to change the diagnosis afterwards? Use Return to Pool on the case header (dentists/managers), edit, then complete again.
