Goal: edit a plan that was already priced.

You need: the reconfigure-pricing permission (admins, managers, supervisors — standard reps don't have it by default).

Steps:

  1. Open the case and go to its Pricing tab.
  2. Pick the plan to change (if there are several) and click Edit / Reconfigure.
  3. The wizard reopens with current answers pre-filled — change brands, amounts, hotel/transfer, discount or countdown.
  4. Save.

Important: if the plan was already sent, the patient's existing link keeps showing the version they received. Re-send to issue the updated version — nothing changes under the patient silently.

If you don't see Edit: ask a manager — or for permission "Reconfigure pricing" in Settings → Team → Role Permissions.
