Goal: get a colleague working in the clinic's account.
You need: team settings access (clinic admins by default).
Steps:
- Go to Settings → Team → Invite User.
- Enter name + email, choose the role (standard rep, supervisor, manager, dentist), and optionally Reports To (builds the supervisor hierarchy).
- Send — the teammate gets a temporary password to share; they're prompted to change it at first login.
Roles in one line: standard sees own data · supervisor sees their team's · manager/admin see the whole clinic · dentist sees all cases but no sales data.
