Import leads from CSV or Excel

Goal: load many leads at once from a file (Zoho, Bitrix24, Pipedrive, HubSpot exports work out of the box).

You need: the import permission (admins and managers by default).

Steps:

1. Go to Leads → click Import (top right).
2. Upload a .csv, .xls or .xlsx (max 5 MB) — drag & drop or browse.
3. Check the column mapping — common headers are auto-detected; fix any that mapped wrong.
4. Choose a Default Status and Default Source for rows that don't specify one, and keep Skip duplicates on unless you want re-imports.
5. Click Import and review the summary (imported / skipped / errors).

If you don't see the button: ask an admin for the "Import CSV / Excel" permission.
