Goal: capture website visitors without a separate form tool.

Steps:

  1. Go to Settings → Lead Forms → create a form.
  2. Pick the fields to ask (keep it short — name, phone, treatment).
  3. Copy the embed snippet or the hosted link into your site.
  4. Submissions arrive in Leads instantly, tagged with source "Website".
