Goal: close faster with a time-boxed offer.

Steps:

  1. In the pricing wizard's final Review step, set Discount % — the total updates live.
  2. Toggle the countdown and set validity days (7 is typical).
  3. Save and send. The patient page shows the discounted total and a live timer.

When the countdown expires the patient sees the offer as expired; extend it by editing the plan's validity from the case page and re-sharing the same link.
